Live music, performances, artist residencies, visiting artists, storytelling, film, and creative programming bring new energy to Fairfield and create opportunities for artists and audiences to connect.

Ripple creates opportunities for nonprofits, schools, civic organizations, local businesses, and community groups to host benefit events, fund-raisers, public conversations, school events, seasonal markets, and other community gatherings.
The goal is simple: make it easier for people and organizations to come together and make things happen.
Ripple supports creative and educational programming for young people, students, families, schools, and lifelong learners.
This may include K–12 partnerships, MIU collaborations, visiting artists, youth music showcases, workshops, speaker series, mentorship, leadership opportunities, arts education, and hands-on STEM and arts programming.
Food is part of how a community takes care of itself.
Ripple supports food education, food-access partnerships, local agriculture, family events, and collaborations with organizations working to nourish the region.
As this work grows, it may include food security partnerships, local farmer support, community meals, food festivals, and hands-on learning that connects people to local food and to one another.
A strong community needs people who are willing to participate—and opportunities for them to build skills along the way.
Ripple’s volunteer program gives community members meaningful ways to contribute to the cultural life they want to see.
Volunteers may welcome guests, support events, assist artists, help with accessibility, support workshops, gather feedback, staff information tables, or help with event setup and breakdown.
Over time, Ripple can also create pathways into arts administration, event production, technical theater, marketing, communications, fund-raising, hospitality, and community leadership.
